Shipping Rates and Delivery 

For orders to Australia and New Zealand: 

• Orders $90 USD or more enjoy free standard shipping. 

• Orders under $90 USD have a flat rate shipping fee of $14.90 USD. 

Rates for anywhere else will be calculated specifically. 

Processing Time 

Orders require up to 10 business days for processing before shipment.

We primarily use standard shipping for Australia and New Zealand orders. For special requests, contact us before placing your order.

Return Policy 

We understand that sometimes things might not be exactly as expected, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with G'day Zinc products. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us via our contact form. While we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for change of mind, we are here to assist you with any other inquiries you may have. 

Should you need to return a product, we kindly ask that it be in its original, unopened packaging and returned within 30 days for a refund. Upon receipt of the product, we will promptly process your refund, deducting only the freight costs. Please be aware that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, and arrangements for return shipping must be made by you. Please ensure proper packaging and tracking so the product can get to us safely to avoid additional charges.
